This app is not designed for mobile phone. Can’t input date but selected date only and the table can only show Sat & Sun. After I input all the data and sign the eform. There is some show at the bottom of my screen which I cannot see and cannot proceed the next step. Hotline is dead cold

This is just a login app which seems to load a clunky website inside itself. I’m a fan of Pru services but this app looks and feels ugly. You can’t change app settings (like faceID) once you’re logged in and the username/password fields don’t work properly with Apple Passwords. Also, despite being a Hong Kong resident I had to accept some T&Cs about accepting my data to be processed outside of mainland China… strange.
