The first things points could be used for were all gift cards eg Starbucks, Chipotle's, Dunkin Donuts. I'm disabled and housebound/shut in. I'm totally unable to leave my home and in a rural area that doesn't have those restaurants anyway. I reached out to support and they said keep checking back for more rewards to be added. Finally there were coupons- $10 off Tidy Cat and $10 off Cat Chow! I think I used 3500 points to buy one of each. The coupons arrived and went directly into the trash taking all my points with them. They can only be redeemed in store. I'm alone, I have not left my home in 5+ years. EVERY single thing I use is ordered online and delivered. Meaning none of those coupons I so badly need are available to me. I sign in tonight and there are free cans of cat food. I submitted the form to redeem it then saw on the other one it said paper coupon will be sent in the mail. I checked the one I'd redeemed and same. No use to me. Though very disappointed over the coupons, I gave a 3 star rating because out of the blue I received two Petivity smart litter box monitors. No charge, no catch, not even a request for a review. That was AMAZING! Regardless though- in this day and age there is absolutely no excuse not to have digital coupons! I bet the majority of pet owners order supplies online these days. Especially seniors and people with disabilities.
