Every time. Reinstalled app. Emailed company. Nothing. -- Toothgrl88, 2024-12-31 ### ***** "Purina’s great review" Put this app is great. I would highly recommend it on top of that. It’s like great. It gives you options for your cat dog. Would you ever when you have and Salem my cat is doing great because of this app! -- Alexkv1234, 2024-12-30 ### *---- "Worthless and a waste of time." The rewards app is a waste of time. I’ve had three receipts in the past month rejected after I try to upload them. They claim they were already submitted. You contact customer service and the robots that work there say those exact words. No explanation or listening to you just preprogrammed to say no. How can it be already or previously submitted if they were purchased that day or the previous day? I’m done using it. -- Qd27Gh!?qa1200, 2024-12-30 ### *---- "App not working" My app isn’t working every time I try to log in it’s saying it don’t recognize my device. I’ve email purina customer service no response. -- Lovelydsrk, 2024-12-28 ### *---- "Charged" Why was I charged $30. To just sign up ? It says that no where. I want it refunded an canceled fraud -- dannagoldies, 2024-12-26 ### ***** "Food" My cats love Purina foods -- combat1911, 2024-12-26 ### ***** "Purina One." I have always fed both my cats and dogs Purina One! Years ago it was first recommended to me by my vet for my Siberian Husky, and since I trusted her implicitly, I tried it, and have been feeding it to all of my animals for the past, probably, 20+ years. -- ca2ob, 2024-12-26 ### *---- "Not working" Been trying to upload a single receipt for over a month. So far no resolution from Purina customer care. And now the app will not load the submitted/rejected/approved screen. Just says an error occurred, try again but never resolves. Desktop version doesn’t work either. -- Augidoggiest, 2024-12-26 ### *---- "App needs some fixing" I’ve tried numerous times to use the app as a member and it does not work. All I get is ‘something went wrong’. I’ve scanned receipts and still zero points. Updated the app and still the same. Disappointed as I am a Purina customer for many years. Please fix or give guidance. -- Hurtchafeelings, 2024-12-22 ### ***-- "Disabled & Disappointed" I was really excited to find this app! I'm on a fixed income, have 4 rescue cats (& 2 rescue parrots) have been a loyal Purina customer for 35+ years. I thought it wonderful that Purina was giving back like that. The first things points could be used for were all gift cards eg Starbucks, Chipotle's, Dunkin Donuts. I'm disabled and housebound/shut in. I'm totally unable to leave my home and in a rural area that doesn't have those restaurants anyway. I reached out to support and they said keep checking back for more rewards to be added. Finally there were coupons- $10 off Tidy Cat and $10 off Cat Chow! I think I used 3500 points to buy one of each. The coupons arrived and went directly into the trash taking all my points with them. They can only be redeemed in store. I'm alone, I have not left my home in 5+ years. EVERY single thing I use is ordered online and delivered. Meaning none of those coupons I so badly need are available to me. I sign in tonight and there are free cans of cat food. I submitted the form to redeem it then saw on the other one it said paper coupon will be sent in the mail. I checked the one I'd redeemed and same. No use to me. Though very disappointed over the coupons, I gave a 3 star rating because out of the blue I received two Petivity smart litter box monitors. No charge, no catch, not even a request for a review. That was AMAZING! Regardless though- in this day and age there is absolutely no excuse not to have digital coupons! I bet the majority of pet owners order supplies online these days. Especially seniors and people with disabilities. The very ones who probably need the relief those coupons could supply the most. -- ~Jules555~, 2024-12-22 [View all MyPurina reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## MyPurina Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Lifestyle | #53 | ## MyPurina Discovered Keywords - tips - happi health - samples - care - care com - care co - mypurina - minipets finder - inota - petlive：pet's new exp ## Apps Similar to MyPurina - [Merryfield Everyday Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/merryfield-everyday-rewards-DHr/united-states) - [Amazon Shopper Panel](https://apptail.io/app/amazon-shopper-panel-pdu/united-states) - [Sniffspot - Private Dog Parks](https://apptail.io/app/sniffspot-private-dog-parks-bLG/united-states) - [Pupford: Puppy Training](https://apptail.io/app/pupford-puppy-training-FYI/united-states) - [ByteTag](https://apptail.io/app/bytetag-ecbb/united-states) - [Logan's Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/logans-rewards-Breb/united-states) - [Gratsy](https://apptail.io/app/gratsy-Ickb/united-states) - [Petfinder - Adopt a Pet](https://apptail.io/app/petfinder-adopt-a-pet-xFub/united-states) - [PetDesk](https://apptail.io/app/petdesk-mqTc/united-states) - [Good Dog: Find Your Puppy](https://apptail.io/app/good-dog-find-your-puppy-wxbj/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
