## myQ Community Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not intuitive"
Write better software
-- BigBowler14, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Flaws"
Guest passes do not work for established dates . Have to open gates as guests cannot enter for guest pass dates. Seems like a waste of money to implement a system that is counter to what we were led to believe.
-- kenfreedom, 2024-12-23

### **--- "Logs me out"
For some odd reason the app keeps logging everyone out. It’s very uncomfortable that you get to the gate and open the app just so the app can tell you that you need to log in. As you try your login, the line of cars gets longer and longer. As long as the app keeps you logged in, the app works just fine. Please fix this issue. Thank you.
-- Tej1000, 2024-12-22

### ***-- "Keeps login off"
The app works well as intended but keeps logging off from our phone and we have to turn off the phone and on again to be able to login again. Not sure why they didn’t fix this annoying problem already.
-- ClauberC, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Logs me out constantly"
I am always having to log back in and then you have close out the app and refresh. This bug is really frustrating!
-- JiGopy, 2024-12-19

### *---- "Logs off"
This app logs you off randomly. I have to constantly check it.
-- Pd.1972, 2024-12-19

### ***-- "App Need Work"
I have been using the app for several months now and consistently when I try to access Guest Passes I created I touch the pass and nothing happens. Its like the UI is locked. I hope this can be addressed in a future update.
-- emae73, 2024-12-18

### ***** "Bob Sullivan"
Very easy to use, comes in handy when the transponder go down
-- ;:>)>, 2024-12-17

### *---- "A Ridiculous Pathetic App"
No sense went into this App. No color Codes, No floor or location sense? No obvious hierarchy to naming or flits or entry points, No obvious favorites, endless annoying requests for “turning notifications on” super slow processes at key pads. Designed by a child. Just a HORRIBLE App.
-- Devotee2030, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Can never log in"
This has always been an incredibly glitchy app, but has been completely nonfunctional the past 3 weeks no matter how many times I reset it.
