Getting this error code, not documented anywhere and found posts online as far back as 5 years ago with the same problem. Piece of trash app
App is worthless
App only lets you know open or closed most of the time. Can’t ever view the live feed unless you pay for the extra service. This app is just an ad for the extras they want to charge your for. Don’t waste your time. Get a different brand that focuses on the garage door.
Bad Update
Ever since you guys added the spinning color wheel the app has sucked. Go back to the old version. I have used this app for years and never had any problems until recently
Serious issues using this app on apple watch
This app works great on Apple iPhone however serious issues if you trying to use it on Apple Watch, it works and sometimes it doesn’t all you see is an old school hour glass looking circle spinning, I have uninstalled and installed it couple of times, authorized the watch within the app on my phone. Works good one day and next day different issues vary annoying.. my goal was to leave the garage door opener and my phone here at the house and simply rely on my ultra watch but I cannot rely on this app .. app, phone and my watch all have the most recent software.. please fix these issues thanks
Poor Sharing
The app has limited sharing capabilities between family members.
Update fixed timeout issue
Make sure to update if you’re having issues opening the app.
Always glitchy
This app never works well when I’m leaving my house and still on WiFi. If I could go back and buy a different garage door opener I would.
New Version Terrible
This app used to be ok. It was slow but usually worked. Now that they did whatever “upgrade” they did you have to log in every single time you want to use it but it takes forever for it to try to open, error out, sign out and sign back in. When I’m pulling up to my house I just want to be able to open the app and click open for the garage. Also, I wasn’t happy with they blocked it from working with Siri (via a Hoobs). Get it together.
This app has become unusable
This is completely unreliable and it’s a 50/50 when I need to open my garage if the app will work or not. It used to work flawlessly but I’m now going to be removing this from my house.
