It was wonderful! You could tell Siri to open your garage door and even your CarPlay would offer the option to open your door as your approaches your home in your vehicle. Then, presumably, someone over at Chamberlin realized that users weren’t actually using the app once they integrated their garage doors with HomeKit so they INTENTIONALLY REMOVED that functionality in order to force users to use their app (so that they could display ads to users in order to sell them more stuff from their ecosystem). We have had a lot of problems with the mounted door closer next to the man door. We have had the technician out twice and it still doesn’t work. The camera it self is a little sensitive and picks up the outside lights when they go on and of through the garage windows. The camera it’s self has a very small viewing angle and doesn’t tilt up enough the catch the top of out man door into the house so all we see is the legs of whoever comes in. It’s at the full adjustment.
