Night Auto Close
Had auto close scheduled for 9:30 pm. Pulled into garage just before 9:30 and opened rear hatch on my SUV to unload groceries. While taking first load into house door auto closed onto and damaged the rear hatch of my SUV! Software should be programmed to delay auto close if door was just opened or if camera is detecting motion.

$300 to allow my car to open my garage? That is a rip off

App used to work awesomely until recently it keeps deleting my devices from my account and now when I go to reconnect them it won’t and if I try by scanning the QR codes on the devices it tells me the codes aren’t supported
Safety
Having the ability to open my garage door on a cruise ship in the middle of the Indian Ocean is just amazing technology to me. I have homes with garages in two states and this app is so helpful and adds a level of security that is just great. All good.
No frills but works
Opens and closes garage door. Logs are accurate with time and date. The buttons and light on the smart controller don’t do anything. Light can’t be controlled from app. Needs dark mode. There’s a slight delay in sending commands.
Poor ecosystem
Great with simple tasks, terrible ecosystem to coexist with other apps or platforms for automation.
