Disappointed that the RAC only provide a temporary repair ( max 40mph for 280 miles) for punctured tyres to enable you to get a permanent repair elsewhere, the only reason I called the RAC was because I couldn’t get any of the local tyre specialists to do a repair the same day because they were either too busy or didn’t have enough staff , they all said come back tomorrow or next week, I know the RAC have access to mobile tyre fitters but they didn’t offer me this option, as a consequence, I had to pay to stay in a hotel overnight before travelling the 300 miles home from Seaford to Southport the following day on the motorway , I thought the RAC National Recovery service ( which is what I paid for) was designed to make sure you got home in a similar way that AA Relay do, not just a temporary repair to get you to a local garage, it’s lucky for me that I didn’t have a more serious problem ie engine or gearbox failure or they would have just towed me to the nearest garage! On the plus side the RAC patrol man was very pleasant snd professional and I couldn’t fault him at all.

After breaking down on the M66 motorway in torrential rain at 3am in the dark, we were left stranded on the hard shoulder by the RAC for 4 hours. For a motability client at that time and in such dangerous conditions is an absolute disgrace and totally unacceptable. The phone operator was also very rude and abrupt and we are told by their voice recording not to be rude to them.

You’re not showing all the petrol stations in & around the area I live in

Last few days all I keep getting is log in error, I even deleted the app and reinstalled it but nothing changed, come on sort it out please

Problem was fixed once contacted them on Facebook, thanks. By some reason app doesn’t work for few months now. I have tried to delete and download again - same thing, gives error message

Thank you but after you did a very quick repair we are told we can’t call you out for the same thing or we will be charged !! A the repair chap hasn’t told us what the repair problem is and B i have been a member for 40 years and called RAC out 3 times as i remember!?! So where is the loyalty factor ? If this happens again why should i pay as it means rac didn’t fix it !!!! Lastly in 1950.’s 1960’s you got a badge to display how loyal a customer we are but these days nothing ?!?! Not even a sticker 😩

I would like to cancel my membership but there is no way of doing this on the app. If I delete my profile it does not cancel membership. I want to cancel as I no longer need the service

“Glow plug” warning light came on and lost power. Pulls into lay-by and called RAC THEY ARRIVED IN 10 minutes and I was back on the road in another 10-15 minutes. Some repairs needed, but I can’t fault the service. Brilliant!

Excellent service provided called today and got car towed to mechanic great service provided and would strongly recommend. RAC driver was fantastic and very helpful

I can’t find my near petrol station gulf that is new petrol station cheaper than all my nearest petrol station
