## myRAC Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Perpetual loop"
Stuck in a perpetual loop trying to log in on the desktop website. Also a perpetual loop trying to find my policy in the myRAC App. Click on ”Lets find your policy”, enter all required details, immediately returns to start. I do not use Facebook, X, or any other social media, by the way, so don’t advise me to seek help there.
-- IanBDevonstock, 2026-09-10

### ***** "Reliable service"
This is a fabulous service. As a female driver this service I would highly recommend. The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely 5⭐️
-- luv123shopping, 2026-09-10

### ***** "Add car"
Hopefully it was easy
-- Tony lfc, 2026-09-08

### ***-- "Slow to load and too many notifications"
Very slow to load especially when not on Wi-Fi. Sometimes asks for re-log in when all I want to do is check fuel prices. Too many sales ads.
-- PurpleTrig, 2026-09-07

### *---- "Worst company on planet earth"
I have been waiting for recovery already for 10 full hours and just received another update that I will have to wait at least another 2 hours. And that’s after several promises before with different recovery arrival times. Please do yourself a favour and go with AA as they are million times better. RAC doesn’t even come close to AA level, so I strongly regret ever buying RAC breakdown cover and will never recommend them to anyone or buy it again.
-- Next city, 2026-09-07

### ***** "Never lets you down"
Rac is a decent priced option and never lets you down
-- Braza, 2026-09-06

### ***** "Breakdown"
Very helpful mechanic tried to fix the car and then for it taken to the garage , plus like how to book a breakdown no holding on the phone waiting ages for an answer
-- Jackie26!, 2026-09-05

-- Blessing Akande KEMI, 2026-09-05

### ***** "Brilliant RAC"
The RAC keep you updated with all the useful information about your vehicle. They really make you feel cared for and valued as a customer. Rare these days!
You can’t beat them in my view. Thank you RAC. 🙂

### ***** "Good service"
Was totally blown away by the level of service received , fair play 👍
-- Daza0226, 2026-09-03

### ****- "Include linking to insurance"
Useful App but to really have everything in one place, functionality to link to myRAC insurance (and renewals) would be of great benefit
-- ttiyf, 2026-09-03

### **--- "Logging in painful"
Logging in isn’t always straightforward….why not just use Face ID like anyone else?
-- Loljo20, 2026-09-03

### ***** "The RAC App"
Easy to navigate but seems not to allow me to update vehicle make & model
-- King Steady, 2026-09-03

### ***** "Rac is life saver"

-- nomnsy, 2026-09-02

-- Bunnytyxx2, 2026-09-02

### *---- "Mr Andy"
On the few times I have needed to ring them up over last couple of years , have not had help from them ,first time when needed a home recovery, and guy that turned up didn’t have a clue ,and wasn’t interested,he just hooked his laptop up to my car and said there is no faults coming up ,told me it was probably to do with my fuel tank sensor ,I googled what he was saying and google told me my car did not have what he was suggesting, my next door neighbour who is 80 years old said I know what it is .its either the spark plugs or the coil pack,so went to shop they said just try the spark plugs for now ,so I did and hey presto it has started fine every time since,, then I was stuck miles from home in a dangerous situation,my key had jammed in lock and they said the key will be broke and you need a locksmith,, so I rang the locksmith they gave me the number for ,he gave me a quote of several hundreds of pounds, I rang my 80 year old neighbour again he said do you have any WD40 in the car. I said I do he said spray some in the lock and try again in 10 minutes, so I did and again hey presto it worked ., so definitely will not be using this breakdown company again, utterly useless ,,
