Should ask the driver choose other job if they cannot follow the timeline. Customer must wait the bus which called Rapid bus in so long time. Everytime dont go ontime, expecially at night and holiday, they drive somewhere else out of the rout. How come they do like that so lany time and nothing change from company???

One of the worst apps there ever is, it’s probably developed by interns. Not only is the bus arrival time inaccurate but it crashes whenever I open the bus tracking feature. Not to mention, the long loading times as well. Please fix it.

There is no waiting time shown since 20 Feb 2026. Be frank, the time shown is quite accurate but without it~ i need to stand and wait for more than 30mins, sometimes wait under the rain. The bus station with no roof. 
Hopefully can improve and bring back the waiting time as soon.
