The myrecovery app helps your care team create a digital treatment companion designed to guide and support you through every stage of your treatment journey. Whether you’re preparing for surgery, recovering from injury, or working through rehabilitation, myrecovery keeps you informed, motivated, and confident — every step of the way.

With myrecovery, you can:

* Watch short videos that explain what to expect before, during, and after treatment
* Follow interactive exercise guides and self-care tools tailored to your care plan
* Set and track your recovery goals easily within the app
* Stay connected with your care team for guidance and updates

Getting started is simple. You may receive an email or text message from your care team with a link or unique 6-digit PIN to register quickly. In some cases, your surgeon or healthcare provider may direct you to an online form where you can register for the right care pathway. Once you’ve registered, simply sign in with your email and password to begin your recovery journey.

I just finished my last session of physical therapy at ATI on Harrison and Old Spanish Trail, William was my main therapist 👍🏻McKenna , Melissa, Ari ,Noah, Steven Miguel Sam are all great. ‼️ I hope I didn’t leave anybody out. They are all very knowledgeable and very helpful. They were great in assisting me with my physical therapy and I highly recommend this office to all my friends and others. Do not hesitate to contact them if you need any help with your physical therapy 👍🏻 rest assured you’ll be in good hands no fun intended‼️😂😊

I’m very impressed with the efficiency of how quickly I received an appointment, I went to Park Avenue which is Highway 17 In Orange Park right past Kingsley going south, love the facility. I was amazed at the check-in process, not only for me, but I’ve had to meet a sister there who was transported in a wheelchair, so quick and the appointment didn’t drag on for hours on end. I think Dr. Duffy is a very pleasant person, thoroughly knowledgeable and gets things done, right away! I’ve been in the Baptist System for quite some time, but I’m fighting changing over to StV’s.

I should’ve got pain medication from you as I’m going through my personal pain for my shoulders like candy because the pain is so severe anytime I move. I’ve got ice on it during the day but I’m gonna be way short on medication at the end of the month because I’m using all of mine for this

### ***** "Knee replacement—Easy to use!"
Prior to surgery, I downloaded this app to help me prepare for my total knee replacement.   It provides a wonderful array of articles and information I read and reread.   I showed it to my physical therapist  who was equally impressed!  I truly think it prepared me to arrive on surgery day with less reservation and anxiety.   I was able to faithfully do the exercises and felt strong on surgery day.  Now I’m home and started to do the exercises I need to fully recover.
