I am reaching out to report an issue I am experiencing with the MyRide application after the most recent update (version 4.3.0). I am using an iPhone 11 Pro Max running iOS 18.1. Prior to this update, the app functioned smoothly, but since updating, I have encountered difficulties connecting my device to my Yamaha XMAX 300 Tech MAX via Bluetooth.

Here is a summary of the issues I am facing:

1. Bluetooth Connection Failure: Despite following the pairing process, I consistently receive a “Failed to pair” error message. My phone detects the bike under available devices, but the pairing attempt fails every time. (Refer to attached screenshots showing the steps I followed and the error message displayed).
2. No Connectivity with Accessories: I also tried disconnecting other devices from Bluetooth, as shown in my settings screenshot, but this did not resolve the issue. My Apple Watch, AirPods, and MacBook Pro all connect without any issues, indicating that my iPhone’s Bluetooth functionality is working as expected.
3. Intermittent Disconnections During Music Playback: Even before this update, I occasionally experienced Bluetooth disconnections while listening to music. My bike’s screen would display a disconnection message unexpectedly, interrupting the connection to the MyRide app. While I was hopeful this update might address that, the issue persists and now seems even harder to maintain a stable connection.
4. App Information and Version: I have ensured that the app is updated to the latest version, as confirmed in the App Store screenshot, which shows version 4.3.0 with the note “Minor bug fixing.”

Note: Please find a way to make it automatically connect to the bike without having to open/keep open the application MyRide on the phone.

Για τα χρήματα που δίνουμε να αγοράσουμε το scooter το οποίο είναι εξαιρετικό θα έπρεπε να έχει και την ανάλογη εφαρμογή. Να δείχνει το σύνολο των χιλιομέτρων που έχει, πόσα λίτρα υπάρχουν στο ντεπόζιτο να καταγράφει αυτόματα κάθε διαδρομή και πολλά άλλα. Ελπίζω σε επόμενη αναβάθμιση να γίνει σωστά. X-max Tech 2024

Just bought a new Nmax155 2022 version. I have the app but I’m not able to connect with it because the option doesn’t appear on my screen. I’ve tried everything I could think of(flipping the On/Off switch to every setting, turning on and off my Bluetooth even my phone etc.). It doesn’t seem to work and that’s sad. I hope there is a fix.

I am trying to pair my nmax155 with my phone (iPhone 12 pro max) for about 2 months and the option “pair my bike” to connect my bike to the phone doesn’t even exist. I am so disappointed.

Update: Yeah, I have already selected the nmax155 button but the button pair my bike doesn’t exist anywhere.
