## myRLC Home Reviews in Philippines

### *---- "Needs construction updates data."
The construction update section is empty and not showing updates.
-- Jom16antonio, 2025-01-22

### *---- "Online payment feature"
Online payment feature has not been updated and is broken. Would probably cause a delay and will result to hefty penalties if you use the app.
-- RLC customer, 2024-12-07

### ***** "Great App"
Never did I encounter any problem
-- Carl B Sy, 2024-10-30

### *---- "Very Inconvenient"
The management of RLC should’ve tested this app first before requiring the building’s admin to ask the unit owner/tenants to use this for different type of building works such as applying for permits etc.

It’s very inconvenient that even the admin of our building doesn’t know how to operate it. Everything could have been faster if applied manually.

Just delete this app entirely if you can’t make it convenient for your users. Very useless.
-- kxxco, 2024-10-29

### **--- "Encourage Property Admins to Use this App"
My "Move Out" form was approved 4 days AFTER I moved out. This app is made useless because the property admins are not supporting it. They still prefer their manual printed forms. Y'all should talk to each other and identify an optimized process that makes it easy for all parties involved.
-- deLeurious, 2024-10-02

### *---- "Disappointing to owner"
You guys need a software engineer, this is by far one of the poorest quality production app I’ve ever used to the point that I wanted to do it myself. You killed the web version which is the only thing that is working. This app never works and can’t even passed the login part.
-- Noir Rubinart, 2023-12-04

### *---- "Ring rob concierge?"
Laggy and where is ring rong concierge that is available in the website? Please dont close down the web portal yet if it is not available in the app
-- Alypsycho, 2023-10-20

### **--- "Still needs a lot of work"
I can't use the app currently to do any transactions. Whenever I click on my property it just shows me the "No property selected" page and I can't see how to add my property in the settings tab. I've already gotten approval to use the resident features but I still can't access it in the app
-- Machu0611, 2023-10-12

### *---- "App Not Working"
I could not even sign up.
It hang when asking for Type of User
-- Lots T., 2023-09-12

### *---- "Not working"
Not working at all
-- Christian19871216, 2023-07-24
