• The MyRogers (Shaw) app requires a valid Username.
• Two-step verification is required.
• Accessible only to residential accounts.
• Does not support My Shaw Direct accounts or My Shaw Business accounts at this time.

Crooks probably says it all? They tell you one thing and when you get your bill, it’s totally different and to understand these people and for them to understand me . Hi yay hi yay. I can’t believe a big company like Rogers can’t get people to understand Canadians instead of us repeating ourselves 10 times and then they put us on hold for 20 minutes while they probably go look up what we said. And the bill is a lot higher than they told us it would be so just stay away from Shaw. I know the competition MTS Rogers whatever it’s called Bell MTS whatever they’re all crooked but they’re no better. We need more competition in this province like Alberta BC.

### ***** "Replaced Telus with Rodgers"
After fighting with Telus for a year to rectify a single issue, spending hours on hold, never getting any results, I finally decided to change to Rodgers. The day after installation I was experiencing a problem. I was able to reach a technician in minutes rather hours and she helped to fix my issue and even called a few days later to make sure all was working fine. I’m so glad I switched to Rodgers!

I gave up on this app after less than 1 day. The Privacy and Call Forwarding options are buried so well that I can only find them by accident. The web-based login is only slightly better. 

If Shaw offered better protection against phone scams targeting seniors (e.g., whitelists of phone numbers allowed to call), I wouldn’t have to forward my elderly mother’s phone calls to myself everyday. The call block feature is completely inadequate when the scam #s change constantly.

Not able to pay bill. Buttons looks frozen even though app is not frozen. Finally had to go online version to pay the bill. Then try to activate auto payment function in the App. But not able to activate. It keep on resetting to off…. Useless App…. Developers need to get it working or ask costumers only to use online instead using App…
