No longer able to communicate with their server. Can’t logout, if removed app, can’t login after reinstalling. Wife has same issue. Now a useless app.
Is anyone else having this issue?
The app name is impossible to search for since it includes neither the word Richardson nor library. Great app, otherwise.
Using a browser you can see & read an synopsis without going to new areas. Greatly miss that feature. Otherwise it’s really good when you know the book you want or to take account action.
version 2019.4 is a revelation. well done RPL, the new app is a huge update and improvement from the old platform. Streamlined, intuitive, and much more user friendly, I think this update will set the standard for public library apps, at least in our local area. Well done!
Nothing works consistently. Some things never work. It has too many problems to enumerate. In addition, the app suffers from user experience design issues. One star is one too many. But the physical library and the library staff are totally cool. Let not your hearts be troubled.
This app was quite useful, but has crashed consistently when I have attempt to log-in for the past month.
