There is a MAJOR drug interaction between these two that can induce serotonin syndrome, which can be fatal or result in coma, seizures, or hallucinations. One miss like this makes it impossible to trust this app. Love the UI, even if the barcode scanner doesn’t really work, but this oversight is upsetting.
