Internet connection using bundles with 4G is getting worse by the day!!
This new “My One App”  is terrible and it does not recognise the mobile Data when it is on so you cannot login!!!  Also it says you can login with your phone number but it does not give the space/place to actually input the number!!!! So I cannot login at all!!!!! Need to use what was on th old app system urgwntly to use Global pay for a payment!!!!!safaricom has become complacent and the service is practically none existent!!!!  Very hard to get to speak to an Agent/Customer Care person live!!!!!  Nothing is straight forward!!  It is never working properly!!!!!  Safaricom is just sucking money from us and letting us get defrauded and we are losing out monies!!  You need to get your act together and start giving the real service that we pay for!

You always have to have your sim card in the phone for the app to work and it will only allow you to log in via data connection  hence if on a single sim phone and in diaspora you have to keep on buying roaming data packages just to access the app. Kindly consider
