La página está muy bonita y bien creada , lo que encuentro inconveniente es que no aparece ninguna de mis citas previas y las que están por venir, si quiero ver cuando es mi próxima cita el sisitema dice que no hay nada, deben trabajar con esto y hacer posible que esté siempre al día y actualizado ,accesible y rápido. No se si es cuando uno mismo crea una cita por la web es entonces que aparece la cita creada ? pero siempre que llamo al servicio al cliente y me crean mi cita y luego quiero verificar en mi página para no estar en el telelfono llamando y pasar por todo el proceso de la llamada no aparece nada . También con el app móvil deben trabajarlo , la apariencia de la página está en formato web y uno tiene que estar virando el celular para ver toda la página y durante el proceso de verificación del paciente y otras áreas se hace un inconveniente, definitivamente deben trabajar en la página ya que la nueva generación está usando estos medios más que antes , Gracias.

Después de hacer el primero review me escribieron por email muy cordialmente y arreglaron el problema en mi cuenta pero otra vez hoy no puedo ver mi futura cita con mi doctor primario de Sanitas. Trate de escribir a la persona que me envío el email pero no conseguí su contacto en mi cuenta de email y bueno tampoco aquí en el área de contact info, deberían dejar un email de contacto por lo menos. Cuanto me gustaría que podamos darle al botón para actualizar y ver mejorías en la aplicación . También tener acceso a toda información de mis citas, solo digo.
No “Messages” tab
Although you will get notified you have received a new “message” from your provider, there is no tab to retrieve messages. This should be one of the main components of any health provider app to have a clear and easy way to communicate and receive correspondence with your provider. But this App fails to have this basic feature. It also does not record your past/future encounter. Bad all across.
Typos
They need some linguistics expert to come and rid of all the countless typos and Spanglish and improper sentences all throughout the app.
No sirve para padres
Si uno tiene hijos menores no tiene la opcion como otras aplicaciones de ponerlos bajo la administración de un adulto, hay que crearles cuenta aparte con diferente correo y numero telefónico, y aún así sigue con errores. Ya de entrada el que uno como padre no tenga el acceso directo a esta información sino que le toque estar entrando por otros correos es poco practico e inseguro.
Wow it’s not a well developed app
There’s so many issues from the beginning. Trying to create an account had glitches. It’s just not working properly. Also after I made my first appointment and hit the confirmation button, the screen just went blank. No message of confirmation. It didn’t bring me back to the Home Screen. Just blank. There’s things that need to be worked on for this to be a successful app. If I didn’t have to use it for insurance purposes I would have deleted the app.

Horrible App
First, my upcoming appointment is missing. There is only one agent Carlos who provides the bare minimum assistance in the chatting feature. The app is glitching and when you report any issues, no one cares!
Needs improvement
This app is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I read the good reviews and bad reviews and decided to try anyway. The bad reviews are accurate. You’re having technological issues that could drastically effect the safety and health of your patients. I’ve seen my doctor online, I’ve had an account for a long time. No problems until I downloaded and used the app. First it said I did not have an account. This is incorrect. Then when I used the chat help they told me they were unable to help. Then when I tried to sign in with the info that is directly connected to my account online, which is how integration works, I was locked out and blocked from my account and access. When I called the help line they said it would take at least 48 hours to get a tech person to call me back. This is not acceptable. If this had happened three days ago to me it really would’ve effected my ability to see my specialist. The glitches and the long wait time to even begin trying to fix what wasn’t broken, my account, opens Sanitas to potentially huge liability. What if someone was in the middle of a medical emergency and this happened? You really need to fix this app, fix the integration of online to app to account, and you need to provide much faster tech help solutions. This app is a real problem and will open you to liability at some point if this continues. Your service overall is a great model but this app is a liability. It NEEDS to be fixed.
Not logging me in
The app used to work great, but for some reason, it’s bugging out and not logging me in. I’ve put in the correct credentials and checked that the app is updated, but it just doesn’t seem to work. An update would be nice, as I can’t access my information.
