MySantaClara is a great way to connect with your Santa Clara government to report problems in the community and access many different City services. If you see something that needs attention – such as graffiti – you can submit a service request and even attach a photo. MySantaClara routes the issue to the right City staff person; you will be notified through your phone when the work is complete. You can also monitor requests and provide comments. The menu is limited and there is absolutely no way to contact anyone for issues with the app or able
