App doesn’t work. Can’t understand why they don’t fix this already.

Is there anyone maintaining the app?

I don’t understand how you could update an app this poorly. It’s almost impressive.

Can’t pay my bills or look at anything on the app and the website itself is confusing too. I’d switch providers if I wasn’t in a contract.

Not sure what the purpose of this app is, you can’t do anything on it. Plan overview but that’s pretty much it. Everything else, it redirects you to log into the website. The layout is poor, not user friendly, and overall just feels like a pointless app. Waste of storage. Also, why does Sasktel take the longest to send MFA codes? Every other site that uses it, I get the text right away. Sasktel’s always takes so long!

I haven’t even been able to open the app. Every time I try the app crashes. It’s been a week since I’ve been able to open the app.

Sasktel continues to struggle with its web and app capabilities. I couldn’t get through the app to pay my bill. Tried to sign into the website - now I’m locked out due to too many login attempts. I can only assume that’s through the app. Super inconvenient for all reasons. I can see feedback about this has been coming in for at least a couple weeks or more. Get this fixed already.

Can’t open the billing link in the app. Keeps coming up with error

Crashes at login, cannot pay bills and not user friendly. This app should be improved big time.

I’ve not been able to log in because of error messages after resetting my password.
