Haven’t been able to login for about a year. Only says “We are experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again later “

Needs Updating

Can’t get rid of old account, therefore I am unable to use app to pay my bills. Also, can’t reach a live representative to resolve this problem. As much money as SCE has (Billions) they can’t resolve a simple app issue.

Default payment date causes a payment error + it’s trash overall

When you make a one time payment, the payment date is set a few days later by default, but ALWAYS fails. You have to set it to today’s date in order for the payment to succeed. I’m not sure how it’s possible for testing to not to have caught this, or for this to have lasted as a bug for as long as it has (6th month in a row). Pointless app, bloated company.

New Update is glitchy

This new update (may 2024) does not let me log out. It appears to use the face recognition to log out, but in doing so, logs me back in. It also does not show my current bill. It’s showing my bill from 4 months ago and says I have a zero balance for this month.

Downloaded the app for ease of managing my account and I get “oh no this version of the app cannot manage your account.”

They have really improved this app. Now you can see your daily usage, separated by TOU, hours etc to see your usage and make adjustments as needed. The only thing I wish they could add is for solar users, to see how much was pulled from the grid.

Still Horrible!

Updated the app and still has the same result. Can't even log on and when it does manage to go thru, you get error messages.
