MyScript Notes: AI Handwriting

When it reaches a certain stage at me writing I do not exceed it but when I enter the app and enter the notes it glitches me out now all my notes I can’t view them

Everyone says it has the best handwriting recognition, and it does a great job of converting handwriting to text, but I don’t see any way to search my handwritten notes. Am I missing something? Surely that’s one of the biggest advantages of the technology, Seems fine as notebook. Nice interface.

I was sceptical at first given some of the reviews. Works great for what I need it for. I love the fact you can write with a pen, then convert it to text. Such an easy was to keep notes, meeting minutes, etc in one safe place. I also capture my meeting notes, jotting down key points. Convert it to a pdf and share with the wider team. You can also do bullet points, check boxes, etc. After using for some time, I’ve now rolled this out with my team.

Allow us to open nebo twice in split screen. Also multiple tabs for easier switch between documents.

AI functions kept crashing with the latest update 6.2.1

Everything is great, but there is this bug which I’m not sure how it exactly triggers, but it forces you to go the start of the document (when you transfer a pdf, unsure if it’s there for other types of document), leaving like a pen trace of where you were up to up to the start of the document. This is really annoying, as it happens rather frequently, and if I’m working in a large document, I have to scroll back. Otherwise, everything is basically perfect on the app.

After getting a new iPad for note taking last week I decided to get the full Nebo product as it looked great and I wasn’t paying full price for something like goodnotes. I can confidently say I have loved using the app to complete my work and it has been great for almost everything I need it for as a maths/science student. The only think I wish they would add is either a Cornell notes page template or a function to allow us the draw straight lines so we can make our own. Like I say this is a minor suggestion that would improve the experience for me slightly but so far the app has been amazing!

The best and getting better I use Nebo in business meetings. I hand write notes during the meeting with my Apple Pencil. Nebo converts perfectly my handwriting to text. I have used the app for several years and tried others. With Nebo I can add sketches to my notes as I am taking them. Also can import PDF docs and make hand written notes on them. I think Nebo is the best for professional use.

This is a great app for studying however I have been facing the same problems for quite a while now. For example, there are issues when I write using my pencil on the iPad, it’s delayed and sometimes doesn’t work at all. The app has been crashing a lot more but if I had to recommend an app I wouldn’t recommend this app due to these issues, I hope the developers do something about this. Edit: The issues that I encountered have stopped and they recently added the journal feature which I think has made this app significantly better. I have changed my review to 5 stars as a result of the changes to the app and the improvement in performance.

I never write reviews, but WOW. This works. I hate my handwriting but being able to just take your IPad and write with the Apple Pencil is amazing. Being able to draw and it form the perfect circle. Converting handwriting to Text is amazing (saying that a development would be to an option to change the case to title case as I always write in capital letters, that would be amazing). I simply can’t find a fault. Please install this app and give it a test, it is fully worth purchasing after your test.
