Voorheen was Securitas een dienstverlenend bedrijf.  U is er een app, wordt je niet meer gebeld is de service en bereikbaarheid slecht en de kosten zijn om hoog gegaan. Wat lekker klantvriendelijk?

In de vorige versie kon je nog zien welke tags gebruikt werden. In de huidige versie niet. Vanwege privacy volgens de helpdesk. Hoezo privacy, heeft securitas ook de namen en bankgegevens van de tag houders….

App werkt goed. Een goede toevoeging zou zijn dat je ook kan inloggen met Face ID op de iPhone. Dat is gemakkelijker en veiliger dan telkens een wachtwoord invoeren. Dit kon wel met de oude app die eruit gaat.
