Es werden nur 3 und 6 Monats-Abos angeboten .... sehr schade, was aus der „alten“ guten MYSELF geworden ist! Hallo meckimecker. Vielen Dank für Ihren Hinweis. Versuchen Sie bitte auch einmal über die App ihre Einkäufe wiederherzustellen. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gerät mit dem richtigen account angemeldet ist. Sollte das nicht funktionieren, wenden Sie sich einmal über den Kontakt an unseren Support. Wir würden gerne nachvollziehen was hier passiert ist. Ihren Hinweis bzgl. der Einzelausgaben geben wir weiter. Es wird bald wieder möglich sein auch einzelne Ausgaben zu kaufen. Viele Grüße, ihr myself Team“ Mit der „Beantwortung“ des Verlages wird man gleich als meckimecker bezeichnet.... eine - so finde ich - recht eigenartige Art, die Zielgruppe der myself anzureden. Ich kritisiere die 3 Monats-Abos (habe aber sogar eines abgeschlossen, weil ich im Ausland keine Printausgabe kaufen kann) und erlaube mir zu sagen, dass alte Hefte weg sind. Sogleich ist man dumm und unfähig .... aber warum es keine Einzelausgaben gibt, wird nicht beantwortet. Es bleiben nur die Abo-Optionen, die ich aber nicht will. Ich bevorzuge es die Einzelausgabe zu kaufen. -- -issima, 2019-12-21 ### *---- "Funktioniert nicht" Nach dem Upgrade sind alle Käufe weg, können nicht wieder hergestellt werden und - im Abo bereits gezahlte Ausgaben nicht geladen werden. Der Kundendienst wurde per E-Mail und auch telefonisch informiert, bzw. um Hilfe gebeten. Keiner rührt sich, man bekommt keine Antwort bzw. bleibt der versprochene Rückruf aus. Also Finger weg von dieser App und schon gar kein Abo kaufen! Nach Verlängerung des Abos funktioniert die App schon wieder nicht, ich kann seit Mitte Dezember keine Zeitschrift laden und vom Kundendienst rührt sich auch wieder keiner! Die bereits gekauften Ausgaben können nicht wieder hergestellt werden und auch die Ausgaben über ein bestehendes Abo können nicht geladen werden. Der Apple store bestätigt mir ein gültiges Abo. Die angebotene Lösung des Supports besteht nur darin die App zu deinstallieren, um sie dann wieder zu installieren - leider funktioniert das auch nicht. DAS IST MEHR ALS SCHLECHT! Die Entwickerantworten der vorangegangenen Bewertungen funktionieren NICHT! Nach 6 Monaten konnte ich mein bezahltes Abo lesen. Jetzt kann man aber die Oktober Ausgabe nicht lesen. Bitte korrigieren! Das Geld wurde abgebucht, aber ich kann keine Myself mehr lesen. Daraufhin habe ich sofort das Abo gekündigt.
