The used to be ok. Did most things I wanted and provided good info. My Wishlist would be for more conditional options in time-based control. 

However, in v4.0.0 they’ve now added AI in everything. It provides no value to me (it may for others). It just adds clutter to existing widgets and is often inaccurate. There needs to be a way to turn off all the AI stuff and it’s disappointing that the price of the product presumably included development of features that are unwanted.

Overall really happy with the app. Although I saw Sigen AI needed to recalibrate, which in my case meant it added a new rule “Low-Price Replenish”. This rule replenishes the battery from the grid which is a bad outcome here in Australia. Especially when my solar configuration was generating more than enough to fully replenish the battery. Was quickly resolved using the AI chatbot.

Hi, the app has been working fine up until the recent update. Since then the Power Metrics Chart does not track in real time and appears inaccurate at times.

Used to be so quick to refresh and see what battery levels when opening the app. Has gotten really slow in the last few months.. from milliseconds to 5+ seconds difference. I do like the forecast feature in the latest version of the app

Not sure why they introduced those silly dashes lines in the graphs predicting what’s going to happen during the day. The AI component in this app is so inaccurate and basically useless that trying to predict into the future just confuses users.

Eg I would like to be able to create a small widget that shows my current battery fullness in kWh on my phone Home Screen. But all I can have is a massive widget and that shows stuff I don’t want like monthly production or a picture of a house that isn’t mine.

Also I can’t use any meaningful conditional logic to eg run the EV charger

Great app to monitor my my sigenergy battery and solar setup. Only downside is it times out and you have to click the refresh button in the app

The app does pretty well everything I would like it to do in a clear and logical manner. The Sankey chart which shows power flow is helpful, as is combined graph of solar generation, battery activity, household load and grid contribution. Easy to mentally calculate whether battery is sufficient to supply 100% of load overnight. Very easy to program export to grid during peak pricing. I like the AI help, even more so because the help button is easy to remove from the Home Screen. Simple to organise battery activity and to sort the app so  unwanted features are hidden and I have what I would like at my fingertips. Appreciate the "community" section which has user suggestions to common problems.
