I have attempted to submit my case several times and the money has been taken from my card (£89!). I have gone through the entire form about 12 times, made sure I have answered every question, deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone about 12 times… still my case is stuck in the draft cases folder. I have raised a ticket but I don’t expect anybody will get back to me anytime soon!

I saw my GP about a mole that has recently changed shape and grown very large. My GP told me that it needed to be seen by a specialist and therefore told me to download this app. I uploaded some photos and a few days later was told that no follow up was needed, but should it change shape or get bigger, go back to my GP.

It has changed shape and gotten bigger!! Why do you think I saw my GP in the first place! Shockingly bad service, this mole very concerning and becoming visible through my hair. How much bigger must it get in order to be taken seriously?

As a lifelong sufferer of psoriasis find this service appalling. I’m palmed off time and time again with steroid creams which I have expressed I can’t keep using due to becoming reliant on them and getting worse flare ups yet no one listens. 

Each time I get referred back to the app I have issues entering my PIN for a new case and when trying to call the helpline the staff are rude and dismissive. This pointless app needs to be removed and direct referrals to dermatology need to happen instead.

Maybe it works if you don’t have a chronic condition and is a one off, but for someone like me who will suffer for the rest of my life it’s inefficient and not helpful in the slightest.

I was was unable to use the app on my phone as it is not compatible. The app is impossible to use without help. The instruction are unclear, imprecise and confusing. The is no information on how to contact this service beyond using the app. It is not user friendly particularly for older customers. I do not recommend it, it is bad!

App needs human-fying!
Needs to work more like Gumtree App.

Editing photos - adding/Removing/ordering needs to made easier.

The App camera mode auto sizes image, so close up doesn’t work. By restarting App allows phone camera to do close up that can be used.

I guess current App is a Beta version, in development.

This is an awful process. You don’t get to discuss anything with anyone. They want you to take pictures of your own face (although in the app you can’t use your forward facing camera). They don’t have your medical history, they don’t read what you wrote and it gets you no further down the process of getting a biopsy. It simply slows that process down.

Although the App is simple, trying to take pictures myself is virtually impossible, even with holding a pencil in my mouth. For any pictures required for back etc it’s imperative to get these taken by another person.
