## MySmartE Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Smart meter"
Love this app. Shows what I require and the budget scheme is great. It’s a shame the smart reader doesn’t tally up if it shows anything. Usually a blank screen or flickers
-- Angel of Jah, 2025-05-01

### ***** "Great"
Works really well with great ease
-- mrd3j, 2025-04-26

### *---- "App"
Shocking experience with this app, been a few times that I have either ran out of gas or need topping up and haven’t been able to due to the app displaying “error” every time, in this day and age and the prices you’re charging this shouldn’t be happening!
-- 15728djycs, 2025-04-25

### ****- "Useful"
Useful to keep track of topups and current meter balances. Lacks the option to select emergency credit in the app and I often have off supply warnings when I’m out and one of the meters has run out and been cut off
-- l1llyc, 2025-04-23

### ***** "Great"
Easy to use and understand
-- lcrisp240230, 2025-04-16

### *---- "Terrible app. Fails often"
This app is a disgrace. Several times I’ve tried to top up and it’s failed to do so the transaction just idles for hours! This needs fixing as soon as possible to avoid wasting money.
-- BrrrrBrrrrr123, 2025-04-04

### *---- "Never works"
Trash app should be ashamed
-- Eycsu47832ttr11, 2025-03-31

### ****- "Mr Glen"
So far know complaints.👍🏿
-- Big Man K, 2025-03-03

### ***-- "Ok"
No
-- Alimu3, 2025-02-28

### ***** "Great app"
Love it so much better than a few I used love the live balance and tells me when I’m running low !
