## MySmitty's Rewards Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Feliz Navidad"

-- Cuerpodepera, 2024-12-19

### ***** "Smitty’s is #1"
Our favourite place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner! We put it into the navigation system in every town we visited too! Love using my app to keep track of my points too!
-- MelittaB, 2024-12-01

### *---- "App down"
Ate dinner and then was told the app has been down for weeks so we can’t use it. No notification anywhere saying their rewards system was non functional. No alternative provided.
-- CurtisCook, 2024-05-31

### ***** "Saturday"
My friend and I have been going to Smitty’s for breakfast every Saturday that we can for about 15 years now. We value the services, the commitment of the employees and the food.
-- wezeg, 2023-07-04

### ****- "The new app"
At first the new app was difficult to navigate. But it seems to be much better now. I’d like to see a different barometer for the rewards. Maybe at the top a digital on the front page with in the Center or below stating how many dollars you have available. I have to toggle to another page to see what I have and even that I’m not ever sure what I really have available. Also you should not have such a short amount of time to use it before loosing it. Sometimes it takes like 6 months to even get anything worth redeeming. 12 months would be better. Other then that the waitresses at the regent location are great.
-- Greekgrlygrl, 2023-05-29

### *---- "Rewards Not Loading"
Have visited 3 times and each time rewards have not produced.
-- Lethbridge West, 2023-05-28

### *---- "App has never worked"
Please fix the app have never been able to get in
-- Ozella Bourzack, 2023-01-22

### *---- "App doesn’t even work anymore"
App hasn’t worked in months, can you fix your login issues?
-- JoeyJoseph3, 2022-12-03

### ***** "Awesome"
The new app is great, and smittys is awesome
I bring my grandkids and always enjoy the service, food and the discounts with the app.
Keep up the great work

### ***** "Old up date"
