Never works. Takes forever to sign in it’s incredibly annoying and frustrating

I think that has improved a lot from the review that I read, and it’s actually pretty great for a new student like me. Has everything on the front page and way more than my previous university app that I used during my MSc.

Quite frankly, embarrassing. Does not even open.

Maybe we are one of the best technical universities in the world. But we don't have a properly working mobile app. In fact, it doesn't work at all. It's really incredible.

Sort it out - the tiles are terrible and it all just looks so clunky!

It literally always has problems, especially with email

Whenever I open it it’s a black screen

Recently I have not been even able to even open the app, it only displays a blank screen

When the app works, it is really useful. However it keeps malfunctioning where I cannot access it. First there were issues with signing in, now I sign in and just get a black screen. Have deleted it and am going to download it again to see if that helps but this is an app with a lot of problems that clearly aren’t being kept on top of very well.

New update has made the app open to a black screen unusable.
