It’s pointless -- ZagSpokane, 2024-12-21 ### *---- "Unusable" The app is unusable. I can’t even sign in. -- Hollenbros, 2023-05-16 ### ***-- "It's Not Terrible" I rated this app 3 stars for a couple of reasons. Here's why: - Logging in to the app requires a separate login. You can make it the same login and everything is fine. Mine was auto-linked to my account information after logging in. App lost 1.5 stars because I'm OCD about consistency and things making sense. - Paying your bill opens up the browser still. The app isn't as convenient as I was hoping. I can open my quick link and Face Login nearly as quick as it takes to open the app and have it redirect me to where I need to be. App lost 0.5 stars because it's not too inconvenient. -- MysticCrack, 2021-07-12 ### *---- "Can't Login" Downloaded to pay my bill and it doesn't allow you to login. This app is completely useless. -- Mickie-D, 2021-06-09 ### *---- "Can’t login" We have been set up our account on the website then downloaded application. Tried to login with the same username and password still can’t get in. Keep say that username and password were wrong. -- Hopeful Nurse, 2021-04-09 ### *---- "Can’t log in" Still can’t login using the same user/pass as the website. Deleted it after attempting a few times. It’s more convenient (not really if the app worked) to just go to the website. This after their recent “major update” which apparently didn’t fix this problem. And we wonder why Sookane has potholes.... -- ChipSawdust, 2020-11-26 ### *---- "Login broken" The web interface recognizes my email and password but this app doesn’t. The other reviews are accurate - login does not work rendering this app 100% useless -- Brendan Coon, 2020-01-20 ### *---- "The app doesn’t recognize my email!" This app won’t recognize me. It states that my email doesn’t exist even though I’ve been using myspokanecity.org web site for YEARS. Someone needs to fix this. 🙄 -- im#goddess, 2019-12-10 ### *---- "Doesn't Login" Is there an actual contact for the developer, other than the city's main website? I can't get the app to sign-in, and I have verified my credentials on the website. -- Leenux, 2019-11-09 [View all MySpokane 311 reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
