Over the years I have tried this app 3 times to pay my bill. When I say years I mean since I bought my home 7 years ago so spaced out through out a 7 year span and still can not pay my bill through this app and it still crashes!!! Absolute trash just like the company that runs it -- Real Reviews 4 Everyone, 2025-08-01 ### *---- "Unable to download unless IOS 14+" The updates are not very user-friendly anymore. Users are no longer able to download the app unless we have a iPhone 14 or later. I am not the type to keep up with the latest phone version if my phone is working perfectly fine. 😡 -- Downloading App., 2024-11-21 ### *---- "Updated gone wrong" Can we Face iD back please? -- MRS.BUFFY, 2024-10-25 ### *---- "Bug?" There must be a bug in the app because I can not log in. I tried to log in with my password and each time it says that an error had occurred and I know my password is right. -- jalsbydjs, 2023-12-26 ### *---- "iOS version doesn’t save passwords or recognize user" In the day and age of technology it’s disappointing that an app would not use Apple’s features to recognize a user with FaceID or TouchID. Even worse it does not store any user information so one must re-enter all credentials every time. IT says it’s available, but have confirmed with other users it’s not working. Need to get that fixed asap. -- Gamom2011, 2023-10-10 ### *---- "Improve the app" I can’t even log in anymore. I know my email is written correctly and my password is right since I wrote everything down. So what gives. -- Jonathan E Patino, 2023-07-19 ### *---- "App crashes and force closes" App will crash and force close when trying to view current billing period, previous billing period, and other categories. -- MMan03, 2023-01-30 ### *---- "Absolute garbage" Just as bad as the poorly written website, which has a popup promoting this app at every single login. Actually this app is worse than the website because at least the website works. Fire whoever you wasted money on that developed this app and hire a real developer. -- Car Analogy, 2022-03-30 ### *---- "iOS 14" SSEMC has not updated. When I try to enter payment amount to pay a bill nothing happens. Only while using the app. Please fix these bugs. -- T Brimm, 2020-12-15 ### *---- "Not able to register" I installed app and tried to register to sign in but I was unable to enter zip code. Keyboard does not appear to enter zip. -- Adoredel, 2020-04-21 [View all mySSEMC reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to mySSEMC - [LaundryPay](https://apptail.io/app/laundrypay-Koo/united-states) - [My Constellation](https://apptail.io/app/my-constellation-bSO/united-states) - [MyJacksonEMC](https://apptail.io/app/myjacksonemc-alY/united-states) - [GreyStone Power](https://apptail.io/app/greystone-power-blY/united-states) - [FirstKey Homes Resident](https://apptail.io/app/firstkey-homes-resident-iIlb/united-states) - [myWaltonEMC](https://apptail.io/app/mywaltonemc-fuyc/united-states) - [CFEMC](https://apptail.io/app/cfemc-quyc/united-states) - [CGEMC](https://apptail.io/app/cgemc-jgje/united-states) - [Willow Bridge Property Company](https://apptail.io/app/willow-bridge-property-company-qCyk/united-states) - [Notify Newton](https://apptail.io/app/notify-newton-oCDl/united-states) ## mySSEMC Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/myssemc-tuyc/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/myssemc-tuyc/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
