I am a certified diver by SSI SINCE 2011 and I can find my certification even with a photo on the application but I can not login or made an account to log my dives in the application. Apparently when I get certified an account on my name was created but there is no way to retrieve that account. In page said to contact the dive school but I lost contact with my instructor and school do not appears in the options.

It’s a nice App to keep your training certifications, logs, classes, etc. handy.  Verifications are done easily by scanning instructor’s QR code.

However, I updated my picture profile, and it has been 24 hours, and it has not been updated in my instructor’s nor my body’s App on their phones.

Also my completed test was not visible for my instructor to see my results, nor the completion until two days later.
