Mystery Manor: hidden objects

After that last glitch, I haven’t been able to play (or even see) the Calendar of Miracles event. Justin isn’t even showing up on my map. I do get the Advent calendar. While I was “compensated” with some gems, I’m still irritated because I had just purchased the event pass. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a screenshot of the game message when the glitch occurred, but another update would be appreciated, before I ultimately quit the game. FYI, I’m level 93 so have been playing for quite a while.

I had the Christmas room for all of one day and it disappeared! What gives?

I hate the time limits and small limits on moves. Esp when you fail then have to use more energy to try again. if you fail a few times working it out, then you don’t have energy to try again so the whole thing feels just like failure lol. Not relaxing at all. I otherwise enjoyed the game but could not deal with the short time/move limits I felt more stressed and pressured and I like to use games like this to de-stress, work out problems in my own time, and have fun. This wasn’t it.

I’ve been playing this game for over a year now, and have enjoyed it quite a bit, until some glitch on the developer’s side stopped new event rooms, challenges, and as a result bonuses from appearing in the game so that I could access/participate in them. I followed the steps to report this to the developer a week ago, provided my Support ID, a summary of the issues I was experiencing, as well as screenshots. The next day they responded thanking me for providing all of that information, and assuring me that they’d look into the issue and get back to me. Since then my multiple messages following up with them have gone unanswered, so I’m leaving this review in case it helps motivate them to get back to me and make this right. If it does, I’ll update this review accordingly.

I have been playing this game for years. When the events are the same room as last year the room level needs to be reset. I cannot even play the Amusement Park (Halloween Event) because I am on the last star level and this has the shortest time. Update same request please reset the event rooms. I cannot even participate in playing those rooms. I would have to use all of my boosters. If you are going to recycle the event room reset it to the lowest level. Game is super boring now.

Why do they make it so hard to finish a room????! I can win 5 times and get no further and if you do win you only advance 1%????? Really????? Not even sure it’s worth my time anymore

This is the game for you. SO. MANY. ADS. Takes forever to get through a level, to try and earn any coins, or unlock anything. A watch this ad popup every time you do complete something. I finally gave up. It’s like spinning your wheels.

Most recent update?! Videos freezing! Being forced to watch same video multiple times. Worst part still didn’t receive lasers or extra time on levels! This started happening multiple times on my second day of Updated Game with summer beach player. Please take a look into this. Thank you

I just did the most recent update on my iPad. However, right after updating the app, it now will not open. It will go through the beginning title, but then the app crashes! HELP! I have done everything I can think of. I made sure my iPad is fully updated and restarted my iPad as well. I am at a loss!
