Game was going okay until plus items weren’t working (first aid kit) Please ask your development team to fix!! Or are they on strike?!?

I can’t get the first aid kit to open so that I can put the pieces in, the plus sign is green instead of red please help I just paid for the game and I would like to play it. Thank you for any help I can’t rate the game if I can’t play it. I PAID FOR THE GAME I LIKE TO PLAY IT FIX THE BUG OR GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY I CAN’T FIGURE OUT HOW ELSE TO GET HELP FROM THIS COMPANY DEBI How long is it going to take to fix this game or are you just hoping I will forget about it this is ridiculous!!!

Never had a problem with games from this developer until now. Game is unresponsive on iPad - specifically when trying to activate the “first aid kit” from tool inventory with (2) emblems. I tried restarting and then reloading the game. Unfortunately happened after I paid to unlock the game after free intro. Wasted $7.

The first aid kit in the police station won’t work, and I can’t continue the game without it. This is near the beginning of the game so I can’t play the game at all. This has been reported by multiple people for months and they won’t fix it.

Just purchased the game and it glitched. One of the items I need to use with a plus sign won’t open so I am stuck! I can’t give the police officer his drink with the medication. Now what???

Just purchased this game and encountered a bug with the medicine chest; it will not do anything when clicked. Unfortunately, I am stuck and can’t proceed. The Domini website links to a defunct help desk, so can’t report there. It’s too bad as I was really getting into the game and it’s been fun so far.

I just started playing the game and I already have a problem. I tried to pick open the first aid kit at the police station but nothing happened when I press on it. I tried redownloading the game but have the same problem. Tried to contact support but it doesn’t exist.

I could not progress past the third or fourth scene. The game would not let me open the first aid kit from inventory so I could not continue. Very disappointing.

Touch is very erratic. Stringboard puzzle at beginning has bad touch targets for pins. Medical kit still hasn’t been fixed. Even when clue points to it with green circle there’s no response. Seems graphic object and touch targets don’t line up. Please fix. It was a good game once upon a time.
