There is are bugs in the app that need to be addressed. First when attempting to submit feedback, app force closed. Then after submitting feedback, the app froze and required me to force close to restart. Also, when selecting individual stops through, the app fails to load stop information, it spins indefinitely.
Doesn’t give you the times hey suppose to arrive a the stop in which you need
Whenever I select the my location button it never uses my location. Instead it uses the location of a street 5-10 blocks away along the direction i need to go which has a later time and this issue caused me to miss a lot of buses
I didn’t get to 15 and gamble I took 35 bus and got to downtown 1030
I think the for the last 3 weeks it has not been possible to track the Connection Citrus buses, included the time when the next bus is coming at each stop. It would be very helpful if you fix this
This is a good tool just knows that it’s about a city block away from where it actually says ahead of schedule so I suggest you show up to your bus stop a little bit ahead of time but in the end it’s nice not to have to flip through the paper copies, although I keep a hand of bus routes on myself just in case
Decent app, but there’s a bug where if you click on a stop, then click off and then on again, it won’t show the bus schedule.
I don’t know if it was just my county/trolley or if it applies everywhere, but the app does not keep up with telling you where the trolleys ACTUALLY ARE but only where they were ten minutes ago. totally ineffective
This app has turned into trash. Whenever I try to use it now, it gives me an error message. It was great for years, now, I guess the administrators don’t care anymore.
Sometimes the buttons don’t work for stops and it needs to be refreshed multiple times. Would be nice if we could just type in a address and it would tell us what stops/buses to take. Thank you.
