I constantly need to reboot phone, logout of Mystro and Uber Eats to get it running . For 20 dollars a month, this is insane.

When fares come up, most of the time it doesn't show a map. I set auto accept for good fares, auto reject for poor fares. The ones in between don't give enough information so you have to go to the pertinent app to see, by then you are too late. Had Mystro a couple weeks and have miss 90% of the fares. Go days without a single fare. Support is: "We're looking into it", never any answers.

i’ve been using Mystro for months and It’s a constant struggle to get the App to work. Honestly they should be paying us to use this app charging $20 for an app that only works 15% of the time is pretty insane. Most of the offers don’t come through, the app causes you to lose offers it freezes and glitches out if being an Uber driver isn’t hard enough already this app just adds extra stress. When the app actually provides the correct information I love it but this is super rare.

Was this app designed to overheat your device and slow it down? The functionality is slow and by the time I can approve a ride request, it’s too late. Close the app, wait a couple of minutes for the device to cool down, restart the phone - same issues. My phone is boiling like Chernobyl. Have you considered lowering your price-target expectations, or a tiered subscription approach? Otherwise, I see the end goal. I’m going to keep giving this thing a try. If it continues to be unusable, I’ll cancel after a month.

The idea of it is great, but it is more trouble than it is worth. If it was free maybe it get better rating. But paying monthly for something that works “against you” other than “for you” is absurd.

It does not sync well. Uber Eats comes thru while I’m Dashing, and Vice Versa.

It keeps repeating when one actually does go offline like it’s supposed to while you’re on an order. If I’m Ubering, I DO NOT want her to keep saying DoorDash Offline.

The app no longer differentiates between Uber Rides & Eats, everyone does not do Rides and even if they do, they turn them off sometimes, so we don’t want Rides coming through and accidentally accepting.

I got so frustrated with this app that I uninstalled it. It would call out things even if I didn’t go online through Mystro, including with sound off.

At one point the app was better and the kinks were tolerable but I stopped driving for a while, and come back to a totally different app and worse performance.

It’s always NOT pausing and giving offers when it shouldn’t, and freezes up when instructed to accept in the app, causing constant app foreclosures during your working time.

Auto-accept is horrible because it doesn’t take you offline and will auto accept from more than one at a time causing you to have to cancel one and manually go offline with the one you want to.

It also used to let you rate the restaurants and customers but that is gone.

Lower the price until the app is 100% For the Drivers and not just a way to get a monthly sub payment from us.
