Logging on to website to often

Good day, my meters was linked to my cell phone. After the new logging to a web site which forces me to log onto your website the data is bot transferred anymore (from the meter to the app). Also, sometimes I am in a hurry and then I first have log in again with my email and password before I can log my entry. very frustrating. I would like the active insulin to be displayed (if possible with your next enhancement)

New log in problem

This is a great app that I’ve used for many years. However in the last few days it stopped pairing with my accu-Chek device. I was told I had to sign up for accu-chek on the app which I did. I’ve sent messages to support but I’m still unable to pair the app with the device which is very irritating.
