Previously available to Sukoon Insurance's health insurance customers, the app has been reimagined and redesigned to allow motor insurance customers the ability to manage their coverage in the palm of their hands as well.

What mySukoon offers
With the app, you can:
• Access information relevant to your insurance plan and make changes (like updating IBAN for faster claims payout).
• View, download and share your digital Health Card via its one-touch feature.
• Submit, track and manage claims in real time.
• Find and locate a provider within your network with turn-by-turn navigation.
• Find support or get the answers you seek.

I have Gold insurance,,they issued 2 claims and spent more than  2 week just to take approve for repair plus the repair time ..!! Claims numbers (MST-0157870 & 0159223)the accident was 7 Oct 23 and till 21 Oct no approve for repair . Also no spare car till the moment ,They consume times and money without real value.

### *---- "A Disappointing and Frustrating Insurance Plan"
I'm deeply disappointed with the SUKOON Vital insurance plan, which I consider to be the most unsatisfactory insurance experience I've ever had. If a company chooses this plan, it feels like an oppression toward the employees. If an employee chooses it, it's likely due to a lack of information, bad luck and the beginning of a challenging frustrating journey.

Locating a hospital within the network is a task in itself. Upon finding one, you're required to enter through the emergency department and consult with a general practitioner (GP), even for follow-up visits with known doctors. This process feels as covert as a thief sneaking in.

When you finally consult a doctor, they often suggest tests or treatments that are best for your condition. However, due to insurance limitations, they can only provide certain services, compromising the quality of care received.

At the pharmacy, getting medicine approved is another hurdle. It often requires two prescription modifications from the doctor. What's worse is that my last prescription was for a three-month treatment, but SUKOON only approved one month's supply because my insurance was set to expire in a month. This was non sense and incredibly frustrating.

There's a wise business saying: 'If you win a customer you won 4 if you lose a customer you lost 16.' This means businesses should work harder to retain customers than to acquire new ones. Not every day brings profits, and wealth doesn't come from every customer but from a fair market share.

Unfortunately, SUKOON seems to have missed this point. I would never recommend this insurance plan and hope no one else falls into their trap.

I wrote this because I’m feeling bad and I wanted to maybe benefit someone who is in the stage of choosing insurance. No one advised me when I was choosing, so I hope this helps.

As you can see from the numerous reviews, the service offered is very poor. Not much good clinics covered. Common medicines not covered. 

The mobile application is pathetic. Takes many days Effort to somehow login. And you cannot login the next time. Please change the application and create it with some one who knows to make a proper mobile application. 

When the application and service is getting better, will update the review.
