So it’s a big middle finger to all people who use credit, and top up on the app in order to receive unlimited data. Now you have to top up a higher minimum on the browser whilst receiving less for your money! Ridiculous. Time to switch provider. -- Truthfulandthst, 2024-11-27 ### *---- "Doesn’t work in IOS18 & above" It doesn’t work and crashes!!! Please fix!!!!!! -- Esh2403, 2024-11-06 ### *---- "This app simply does not work" As the title suggests, app either doesn’t launch, doesn’t accept login credentials that work on the web and requires uninstalling and reinstalling to give you even a chance of doing anything. -- RBurnouf, 2024-10-30 ### *---- "App no longer working" App has just stopped working -- ArtisK, 2024-10-22 ### *---- "Can’t ever top up. App keeps crashing" Looking at previous reviews they still haven’t fixed the same problem for 2 years ago! Think it’s time to switch providers! -- 2024appreviwer, 2024-10-15 ### *---- "Good cell provider terrible app" Really good cell provider, can’t fault them however this app is ridiculous! Never had issues with it until recently now everytime I want to do anything on the app I need to uninstall and reinstall it, pathetic!!! I’ve call in multiple times to see if the issue can be resolved with no help. -- Cbunbums, 2024-10-13 ### *---- "Not working" iOS 18 isn’t compatible still -- MrJIMBOCFC4, 2024-10-13 ### *---- "Still broken on iOS 18" After downloading the patch, it still does not load and crashes the app -- Sh-wd99, 2024-10-10 ### *---- "iOS 18" App won’t open after updating to iOS 18, even though the app was apparently patched on release of ios18, just get the loading screen then crashes back to Home Screen of phone -- Fernandez1977, 2024-09-30 ### *---- "Can’t open app" I had run out of credit and couldn’t open app. I couldn’t ring mobile top up number as I had no credit!!! -- Tapp., 2023-12-29 [View all MySure reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to MySure - [Zurich ZIO Members App](https://apptail.io/app/zurich-zio-members-app-RQt/united-kingdom) - [Notify IM](https://apptail.io/app/notify-im-uEdb/united-kingdom) - [Manncoin Wallet](https://apptail.io/app/manncoin-wallet-XKdb/united-kingdom) - [Coldweb](https://apptail.io/app/coldweb-ZWhb/united-kingdom) - [Santander International](https://apptail.io/app/santander-international-ZPNc/united-kingdom) - [Cimandis](https://apptail.io/app/cimandis-LlEh/united-kingdom) - [BWCI](https://apptail.io/app/bwci-dnEh/united-kingdom) - [Aldridge Security](https://apptail.io/app/aldridge-security-FzBi/united-kingdom) - [VWT](https://apptail.io/app/vwt-onZi/united-kingdom) - [Manor Farm Foods](https://apptail.io/app/manor-farm-foods-cyOj/united-kingdom) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
