Nothing useful if you do not pay
It almost doesn’t give you any information from your workout if you don’t subscribe for the plan. So it’s kind of useless
Training videos are not great, not worth the money of the subscription
As a USMS swimmer for 25 Years and a former USA swim and stroke coach, this is the best swimming APP I have used and accurately tracks the different strokes and kick sets without skipping a beat - (very accurate accounting). Thank you so much for this APP!
As much as I enjoy the core functionality, I have to call out the "Open Water Recording - Coming Soon!" banner that's been hanging around since I downloaded this app over a year ago. The rest of the app works well, but maybe it's time to either deliver on this promise or remove the teaser altogether. For now, I'll keep using the available features, but that "coming soon" is starting to feel like maritime folklore.
I swam almost 300 miles in 2024 in large part due to this app. I began with the customizable plans with a goal to be able to swim a 400IM comfortably. I hit that goal by May and continued with a few of the more advanced endurance plans. I love the workouts of the day and do a different one every time I swim. The iPhone and Apple Watch apps are well made and user friendly. I love the recent updates that allow you to pause or advance a set quickly and easily in the middle of a workout. The post-workout coaching feedback is nice, but what I really love is the library of technique videos that are free to users. I really wish that they would bring back the dry land workouts. That is my only current gripe about the service. That and I find the AI workout builder to be very glitchy. Overall, I’m very impressed and satisfied with the iPhone and Apple Watch apps of MySwimPro.
I love this app! I have been a devoted user and subscriber for two years. I swim for lifetime fitness and this app is my coach and motivator. I highly recommend it!
So happy I stumbled upon this app. It’s accurate to describe it as transformative in terms of my approach to recreational swimming. I use the smartwatch as my source for the workout and it works great. So easy to get workouts and follow them on the watch. Great feedback on my times and individual workouts in the app as well. Just a super product, highly recommend.
I have used this app for over 500 workouts & over 500 miles, but have now temporarily been using the integrated one on my Apple Watch for technical reasons, and learned how MySwim Pro is the way to go! I especially appreciate how nice how well it integrates with my Strava feed. Thank you to Kyle for the set up help!
Epic failure. Can’t pair it to my watch. None of the Help articles are available anymore, it’s asking me to give permissions in apple health, but I can’t find instructions anywhere. This app is completely useless.
