Built by a new grad it seems. Issues arent tracked. Updating bank details fails. Sending messages it doesnt keep a record so when you hit send, did it send? No idea. No record of documents submitted. Failed logins all the time plus no mfa. All on top of the fact the people dont really seem to follow up or update correctly. Also no confirmation that emails or documents have been received. Lodged a reimbursement claim nearly two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back or been reimbursed. The idea of the App is brilliant but execution is unreliable. Documents I’ve uploaded are not received the other end even though they’re listed in the App on my phone -- TheFecker, 2020-06-10 ### *---- "Love the TAC, hate the app" This app is a mess. The one thing it’s really needed for, being document upload, is a total failure. File size is a constant issue, despite apparent updates to remove the size cap(in app messaging still limits picture size to 10MB, laughable considering modern smart phone cameras), and you can expect to have to email most of your photographed receipts as the app will error out on a ‘not currently available’ generic error response. There is no working integration of cloud storage(including Google Drive); again a laughable omission. Looks like it’s not making life easier but then TAC don’t want to make it easy for the victims of Road Trauma. Get your act together TAC.
