WHY I BUILT MYTEAPAL:
As a tea enthusiast for over ten years, I always wished there were a way to record my tea journey, including all the teas I tasted, teawares I collected, brewing methods I used, and feelings I sensed.

I then found that tea journaling was the best way to do this, but after trying a few paperback tea journals and other tea apps, I was disappointed. None of them felt right to me.

I wanted to create an all-in-one tea app that made it easy for tea drinkers to catalogue their teas and teawares, find their favorite ways of brewing, record their thoughts, and share with their tea friends.

So I created MyTeaPal. I hope through this app, we can all become more mindful about what teas we have tasted, how we brewed them, and how they made us feel. Wishing you the best with your tea journey!

-Vincent, Founder of MyTeaPal

## MyTeaPal Reviews in United States

### ***** "Amazing tea journals"
This resource has it all - provenance of tea, tea brewing method, tasting notes by infusion, teaware catalog including volume. Amazingly well thought out.
-- liontail, 2025-07-17

### ***** "Delightful"
This is the single, most lovely app I have ever found. Does exactly what it says on the tin and it's super easy to use. I absolutely adore it and I can't believe I didn't know it existed until today. This is going to make tracking my teas so much simpler
-- Jeseney, 2025-03-16

### ****- "Amazing App with a few suggestions"
This is an amazing app! I love being able to log my tea tasting notes, how it changed by infusion and see what other tea-lovers are drinking!

There are two (small) features missing though.

1. App doesn’t work with iPhone mirroring on macOS Sequoia and iOS 18

2. The app design looks like it was copied from android and not well designed for Apple devices
-- RandomWalrus13, 2024-09-29

### ****- "The Tea App I’ve Been Waiting For"
I have been a tea nerd for several years now and have crafted a few tasting journals to keep notes in. Only recently has this app been shared with me. Can be overwhelming at first to get into but once you get a few things set up it’s a great tool for keeping track of tastings as well as seeing what others are trying.
-- The Texas Cyres, 2024-06-20

### ****- "Very good !"
Nice way to organize teas, vendors, teaware, and tracking brews. The only knock I have is the inability to edit the log date (for those times when you’re logging a tea brew the next day)
-- topcattcw, 2024-02-24

### ***** "Love this app!"
Absolutely love this app. It’s great with logging teas, brews, notes, etc. It helps me keep track of everything in my collection and I can always look back on things. They fixed my only complaint, so I gave it a 5/5 🙂
-- aew644, 2024-01-20

### *---- "Laggy"
It’s extremly laggy and I have a hard time adjusting my tea descriptions and notes
-- てぇーぉねr, 2024-01-15

### ***** "Best tea app"
Best tea app
-- Theman278485321984, 2024-01-07

### *---- "Laggy and unusable"
Truly shocked by the good reviews. It’s been a long time since an app has been so unusable for me. Every time I tried to sign in it would freeze and I would have to reopen several times. Eventually I succeeded in making an account. But then searching for a tea was impossible as there were no results for even the simplest searches. Realized eventually that it defaults to filtering results to teas you have reviewed before…even if it’s a brand new account. So I remove the filter. My tea doesn’t show up, so I’m encouraged to add it to the database. I try to do so…only to encounter the same freezing as when I tried making an account.

Deleted the app after less than fifteen minutes of attempted use.

### *---- "Great app in theory but barely usable"
I can’t make a post without it freezing and crashing on me. Because I can’t use it as intended, it gets a 1 star. I really hope the developer will update this app but seems like it’s been a year.
