Downloaded several times and not able to use it. Features not working.

Who is doing QA on the application? Most of the functions do not even work. It would have been good to be able to manage your own profile using the app, because trying to get through to the call center is even worse! Fix your app or even better...fix your attitude towards your paying customers!!!!

I downloaded the app but always hv to open it in apple store because its not on my phone… why????

The old app was perfect, was working fine then they changed it. This new app is very in every way possible I have 3 contracts under 1 Account. Before I was able to transfer data from another number to the other now it won't even allow me to choose the number to transfer from it chooses for me. Also if I want to check my balances I should check 1 number then edit the n app and log again and check another number and exit again, if I don't do that it will show one balance in all 3 numbers Bills are not updated. This is a worse upgrade ever!!

I want to cancel my Amazon subscription and it doesn’t want keeps on loading and loading I don’t want to be charged for this I hope

It’s been a week trying to login no error nothing

Telkom Fibre at my home never works properly. Weekly problems!! Can’t even watch Netflix without constant buffering!! I pay R950 plus a month for this crappy service. I’ve had it! To top it all off - the app doesn’t work properly!! Can’y even link my accounts!! Rubbish!!

Can’t log in even though my credentials haven’t changed. It takes forever to login and is overall useless
