Telkomsel: A Disastrous Experience Worth Avoiding
Rating: 0 out of 10 Telkomsel, the service provider you should avoid at all costs. My experience with them has been incredibly unsatisfactory, unpleasant, and downright ridiculous. Their customer service is abysmal, to say the least. When I reached out to them with queries, all I received were automated robot replies that provided no real assistance. It seems like the only way to get a response from them is by publicly tweeting, but even then, their promises to solve problems turn out to be empty. What's even worse is the exorbitant amount of money I've spent on their services. I paid $50 US for 2 SIM cards, and on top of that, I had to purchase additional data multiple times, which has likely amounted to more than $50 per SIM card. However, despite being a paying customer, Telkomsel abruptly decided to cut off my connection without any valid reasons or explanations. It's worth mentioning that I'm using a local mobile phone, have paid all the necessary taxes, and both SIM cards are valid until the end of August. Yet, here I am, two weeks later, with no internet or network access whatsoever. In summary, I strongly advise staying away from Telkomsel and their ludicrous services. Their poor customer service, lack of responsiveness, and inexplicable disconnections make them a service provider not worth your time or money. Explore alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and reliability, as Telkomsel falls far short in both areas.

Semakin hari jaringan telkomsel semakin parah. Sangat mengganggu dan merugikan. Pada saat genting tidak dapat diandalkan.
