## Mytime Active Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Terrible"
One of the worst booking apps I’ve ever used. Over complicated, messy and not very intuitive at all. This would be an absolute lost cause for someone who is not tech savvy.
All I want to do is book a tee time for next weekend - I don’t want to know what events there are, I don’t care about health fitness memberships and I especially don’t want to have to scroll through a weeks worth of tee times to get to the day I want to book. Ever heard of a calendar? 📆
-- ga23_6, 2024-09-01

### *---- "Confusing"
Truly horrible interface. Makes your had hurt trying to work it out.
-- Atol23, 2024-08-19

### *---- "Booking problems"
For some reason I am unable to book any of my regular classes. Either an error msg comes up or it tells me the booking is unpaid yet I am a member paying monthly. Please investigate.
Thanks
-- Thumperbunnies, 2024-08-03

### *---- "Worst app ever"
My children and I are all members and the app is so useless that I still can’t book a family splash session or anything for free ( being a member) as I can’t find where to log in as a member although I tried few times to signup or register I even deleted the app and installed again but it keeps taking me as a guest even after I log in my credentials and thus everything is at a cost and not free! Very annoying!
-- Rapy.Mo, 2024-08-02

### ***-- "New"
Still getting used to it , so far so good
-- Cal0607, 2024-05-30

### *---- "Broken"
App doesn’t work. When I try and book things it throws an error s as an asked and tells me to open TracerX to debug it 🙄
-- mattodo, 2024-02-20

### *---- "Apps rubbish"
Shows available sessions some times then other times shows nothing
-- yfrank13, 2024-02-10

### *---- "Hard to find what I want on the app"
All I want is to find out when I can have a swim at the Beckenham Spa. But this is seemingly impossible. You have to specify whether you want a lane swim a family swim a adult swim a general swim etc. why can’t you just find out when you are not allowed to swim eg an aqua session etc.
-- GeoffC King, 2023-11-29

### **--- "Table tennis booking"
It’s impossible to book a table tennis session all the people I have spoken to have been next to useless what a waste of time
-- Given the run around, 2023-10-10

### ***** "Wow, what a twist"
I found the app to be counter-intuitive but now it’s actually very useful. Atoneeee- OHF VOICE
