Sorry but I am not impressed at all. I find my work is almost none existent since moving onto it. The few jobs I have received since September 2024 have been by telephone from the Agency.

Lots of problems, multiple links that take you nowhere, constant logging out. Not fit for purpose. Told by TO to delete the app so I have!

I love using the app, it’s easy and face ID password use. 

It’s great for seeing bookings and super quick and easy to view payslips and you can track your current timesheet to check your hours are logged! 

Sometimes i’ve had issues where I try to open the app and it immediately closes repeatedly. However this is always fixed after a few hours/ overnight.

The App is temperamental, it requires you to repeatedly logon, throws you out and often the information that has been put onto it is incorrect which is very frustrating. 

The calendar is not accurate as a consequence and quite frankly I have never used it for accuracy.  It is not corrected even when a request is made, on numerous occasions. 

Considering it should be a very useful tool and one that could be a “one stop shop “ it fails on every level. 

I have never used it to communicate and I am not aware of anyone else who has. I have not received a notification on it either. 

Unless the software is updated and made fit for purpose I would not recommend it.

It a good idea..and it’s convenient to hear about jobs.. instead of being rung up.  But.. your consultants hardly ever post jobs on it!

My TP app has logged me out and won’t let me sign it. I enter my details press sign in and it goes to a purple screen and it then comes back to the sign in page over and over. Getting fustrated as there is no option to update and I have deleted the app 3 times and redownloaded it 3 times.

Sort it out! 
Constant error page and logs me out, then loads the sign in page for minutes then jumps back to the beginning and then shows other error messages. 
Seems to be in the last week it’s been playing up.  I would delete it if it wasn’t for having to fill out leap reports every day.

There’s no way via the app to set your personal max travel distance or to list the schools/post codes that you can get to. It would not let me post this review with just two stars selected so I have increased to four to see if it works now but I would not rate it so high

I used to screenshot the emails that had the school details on them which can be annoying to find if you take a lot of pictures. But since downloading the app it’s made it a lot more easier to see the schools I’m booked for (with details on address/ start time etc), my timesheet and selecting my availability for the coming weeks.
