App is garbage. Won’t take payment. Just garbage. Nothing more to say.
Do the website works, the app refuses to log me in. So, stop directing me to the app!
This app is useful. I didn’t have any issues registering.
I’ve been with TriCounty for several years. Usually log in to the desktop view of my acct. I tried the App and was charged $23 just to be notified I don’t have an acct set up? What!!?!?!?
I gave up. It’s just too difficult. You say “quick and easy access” for members but ultimately you made it impossible for me to set up a good secure account. ** Please remove the “paste” restriction on the password entry field. ** I don’t understand why you’d throw as much friction into a process that you want customers to follow! 1) Cannot use existing account login credentials. Ok, fair enough… 2) Now have to register again, like I’m a new customer. Done. 3) Said it sent me an email with a temporary password. Couldn’t find it, ah, it was in spam/junk folder. 4) Email with a temporary password? No it doesn’t have one. But it does have a link to create the password. 5) Password can be 8 to 50 characters long. That’s actually very good. And it requires a few things which makes sense. These days we should use complex, long passwords so our accounts cannot easily be hacked. I use a password manager so every account I have is different, and I use random long passwords with symbols and numbers. But here’s the challenge! I decide to use a 46 length and the password app generates the password for me. All I need to do is copy/paste it, into the two password fields, right? Impossible. You’ve only gone and disabled the paste capability. How is anyone supposed to set up the best possible scenario of a long, complex password, totally unique to this account? You seriously expect I’m going to enter 92 random key presses one at a time? (46 one time, and then again to confirm the password). Nope, not happening! I commend the acceptance of very long complex passwords. Every business should do that with online accounts these days. Let us know if you change it and then I can register.
