Used to work so well
I’ve been using this app for around the last 9 months, and it has greatly helped my journey to and from work. Being able to track my buses made my life efficient and less stressful.
However, now the tracker has stopped working for me. Buses show up on the big map (sometimes) but when I press “Track Vehicles”, not a single bus shows up on the route - when I know there should be.
The app has been deleted and re-installed to no avail. Such a shame. Not sure if it’s on my end or the app’s end, but I hope it gets fixed x
Rubbish App
The timetables are ok but live tracking is non existent. And forget about buying tickets through the App, it freezes up. I’ve deleted it, a waste of space.
Wrong buses shown
It used to work and let me where the buses were and when they decided to reroute some other way (annoying) but now doesn’t even show the right bus numbers at all. Absolutely useless sadly.
No apple wallet support
I use this app everyday for my travel to and from work and its very hit and miss sometimes i can get my qr code on my ticket read from within the app other times it won’t scan as my apple wallet opens over it even after turning off mobile data for my wallet. Can you please add an option to add tickets to your wallet?
Route not shown
I noticed that the route of the buses are not shown in the app anymore which isn’t particularly helpful as it’s hard to determine how far the buses are. The app only shows stops and random buses all over the place.
Can’t find my bus
Why don’t you just make it a search from A to B it’s a nightmare are looking through every bus to find mine and it needs a favourites as I’ll be making the same journey every day I hope you take cash cos the app is useless
Bus
I don’t know if you guys have had the same problem with the app showing buses that aren’t actually even there I wake up to go to school and the bus usually comes at 8:01 the app showed the bus coming at 8:40 and it was a glitch this app is good but not reliable
Used it a lot but will use it less from now on
Used this app loads over the last few years but I recently bought a ticket for £6 and the bus came Nearly 10 minutes early and they refused to refund me despite them knowing I clearly hadn’t used it and it wasn’t my fault. Poor customer service from both the app provider and D&G themselves who passed the blame onto the council. Tracking isn’t accurate on live busses and interface is slow and clumsy. You also can’t buy single trip tickets.
Update: they said to contact their support but they didn’t help at all and didn’t refund.

The app doesn’t track the buses properly and my ticket doesn’t scan immediately.
