I’ve often complained that when outside built up areas there is no way of knowing when or if a bus is coming. This app solves this; at least in NW Wiltshire

This app used to track the buses well but for some months now the buses I track don’t show only the route. I keep hoping the update will sort it but no luck.

I’ve been using this app for around the last 9 months, and it has greatly helped my journey to and from work. Being able to track my buses made my life efficient and less stressful.
However, now the tracker has stopped working for me. Buses show up on the big map (sometimes) but when I press “Track Vehicles”, not a single bus shows up on the route - when I know there should be. 
The app has been deleted and re-installed to no avail. Such a shame. Not sure if it’s on my end or the app’s end, but I hope it gets fixed x

I use this app everyday for my travel to and from work and its very hit and miss sometimes i can get my qr code on my ticket read from within the app other times it won’t scan as my apple wallet opens over it even after turning off mobile data for my wallet. Can you please add an option to add tickets to your wallet?

I noticed that the route of the buses are not shown in the app anymore which isn’t particularly helpful as it’s hard to determine how far the buses are. The app only shows stops and random buses all over the place.

Used this app loads over the last few years but I recently bought a ticket for £6 and the bus came Nearly 10 minutes early and they refused to refund me despite them knowing I clearly hadn’t used it and it wasn’t my fault. Poor customer service from both the app provider and D&G themselves who passed the blame onto the council. Tracking isn’t accurate on live busses and interface is slow and clumsy. You also can’t buy single trip tickets.

Update: they said to contact their support but they didn’t help at all and didn’t refund.

This app is a really good idea since it is an easy way to track buses, but would be even batter if it actually worked!

When I open this app, the map doesn’t show any buses and freezes very often. Even when I exit and 
re-enter the app it still doesn’t work.

The app is useful at showing where all the vehicles are on a particular route but does not indicate the time it is due and/or expected at my stop.

This would be very useful when multiple routes cover the same portion of my journey.
