I have been trying to get my refund since June 2022. And i still havent. We are in March 2023. I have called more than 30 times, and I have never received any help. They keep ditching me and telling me to wait with no precise information. They do not accept the send clear emails, and if they do it is very shady and lies, for example i received an email after begging them to send me one that i was supposed to be called during the upcoming 48 hours, and i never did. And that is just an example. There are many others. Do not use this app. Just save yourself some time and money and buy directly from the agency.
I had purchased a ticket and at the air port i found that my tickets details changed and asked me for additional payments of 2080£ approximately , they asked for my debit and credit card details which in the heat of the moment i provided. They charged me 855£ but luckily my bank sensed the scam and put on hold the additional 1201£. The user shall be aware of such scams and avoid paying extra charges
The airline company cancelled the flight, I was automatically entitled for the full refund. I chased Mytrip.com several times, they said the refund was by the airline company, but it ended up Mytrip.com had open no refund claim by the airline company!
Very quick and simple
In order to access my trip details I need to input a verification code, however once the verification code is entered, the keypad takes up the screen space so I can’t press enter…in order to get ride of the keypad the whole verification screen goes, and then yet again I’m told I have to verify my email in order to access my trip details 😩 very infuriating. I have an iPhone SE so maybe this happens with smaller screen sizes. This small problem has led to the app being unusable for the purpose I downloaded the app for. I’m now having to just use my phone browser in order to access my flight details.
Incredibly unhelpful customer service. I was told 5 times my case had been marked as ‘urgent’and someone would be in touch soon. My trip is now tomorrow and still nobody has been in touch. Repeated chats and phone calls and still absolutely nowhere. I have ended up rebooking my flight with another company. Don’t waste your time or money.

Failed to make the online checkin on the second part of my flight which incurred me a 50 euro charge to board the flight. Have made numerous attempts to contact them to no avail steer well clear of this company
