App Tak Jalan
Bukak app , papar “Sila Tunggu” sudah lama tunggu tapi tak ok lagi, berapa jam kena tunggu? Nak check info ubat pun tak dapat
Bugs !!!!!
Bila dah tekan permohonan button back tiada. Kena tutup application lpas tu buka balik.tak efficient. Bila pergi tetapan tekan baiki apps trus blank putih sama macam sebelum ni kena tutup and buka balik. Sila buat multi language. Saya tahu ini kerajaan punya apps just baiki and cari solution.
app crash
app dah hampir 2 minggu crash.. x boleh nak check temujanji.. mcm mana nak pergi pick up ubat kalau app crash.. dan x blh nak semak..
Cant even open the apps
Kindly fix this issue . Ive tried uninstalling a few times too but the apps wont open . Keeps open to a blank page .
System not efficient
I already register but when i log in an error keep pop up telling its a wrong password. When i click forgot password the pop up still appear. Such a bad apps
Collection on behalf
I wanted to collect medicine for my 2kids using the farmasi pandu lalu, provided their prescriptions, but got rejected due to my profile name doesn’t match the prescription’s name. Please take note I have already mentioned in the descriptions that I am collecting for my kids. Any way to improve on this ? Thanks.

Warna font
Sukar baca keterangan pada butiran penuh. Warna huruf putih dengan bayang kelabu pada warna latar putih agak sukar dibaca.
system down
MyUbat really helps 👍 But it seems system down at the moment? I couldn't open the app, very sad 😞
