I had 2 Ringgit and change credit balance. I needed to get a plan that costs 35 ringgit. The app doesn’t allow you to select the exact amount you want so you will likely have to select a top up amount of more than you need. OK FINE. I choose 40. I look at my new credit balance it says 39. Huh? OK FINE. I try to purchase the plan I want and it doesn’t work. I look at my current credit balance again and it says 29.85!?!? I now cannot purchase the plan I want despite paying for more than was required.

Nothing wrong with the app, but there is something with a cellular company that does not sell the Hot Spot feature. 6GB mobile data comes with my purchase -- that is it, no extension or top-up for 30-day. What kind of alternate universe does UMobile operate? That means I can connect my laptop about once a week. That is nothing. As I work on my files with the automatic update turned on to save changes, my online data for 30-days is gone in a couple of hours.
