After a few months of trying I can’t even connect my 2 accounts to the app to make easy payment. It keeps showing “sorry try typing the account number again to connect” even though the preview screen shows that the account is correct with the correct company name. Extremely frustrating app. Tried contacting Maaya chat but it’s a bot and doesn’t help or understand the issue at all.

I've tried this app multiple times, and honestly, it's been nothing short of horrible. The user interface is clunky, and navigating through it feels like a chore. It crashes constantly, and features that should be simple are either missing or don't work at all. It's frustrating to deal with, and I've wasted so much time trying to make it work. There's no real support, and updates seem to make things worse instead of better. In its current state, this app is absolutely useless.

Hujung bulan bulan 1 sehingga sekarang (thh bulan 2) internet tak masuk. Dah buat laporan 4hb lagi. Nampak je orang unifi dekat dengan kawasan rumah sepanjang tempoh tu tapi bila sampai rumah nak tengok internet masih tak dapat. Lampu merah menyala. Pelik juga dorang ni buat apa tengok duduk sesembang je pastu letak tangga dekat tiang macam tengah baiki2. Persoalannya bayar bukan tak bayar. Dah tu ni kira macam mana? Tak dapat tengok hampir setengah bulan ni bayaran kena penuh haihhhh. Bila nak suruh pasang kemain manis mulut lagi bila ada masalah kemain beralasan itu dan ini siap janji lagi nak baiki tapi palsu. Mungkin bukan orang gaji t20 kami ni tu yang macam ni layanan. Haihhhh

Start having this issue 3 months back and still failed to login. Apps ask me to login thru myunifi.my and next pop up would appear stated that ‘unable to proceed, it seems that the token/session has encountered a problem or expired’ .. tried several times to login after i cleared cache as advised received from customer service but still failed. Please fix this, hassle for us customer to pay monthly bill without having access directly to apps.

Unifi might be popular telecommunications services but they always failed to maintain their quality of internet connection (subscription of 300 MBps but always received 30 to 90 MBps) highly not recommended for new users and I highly recommend TIME. This popularity is because of monopoly by Malaysian Government to subsidize their services, research and Development have greatly reduced productivity to improve in every competitive landscape of Malaysia economy and the rest of the world.
